Ari*’s mother, Meghan, was concerned about his reading ability. Ari was an ESL student who had migrated to Australia as a child. Although he was above average in all other subjects, he disliked reading and had to work extra hard at his English studies. That’s when she came across an online tutoring program that promised to help students improve their reading levels and enjoy reading again.
